The Adani Group has announced a transformative collaboration with Singapore’s ITE Education Services (ITEES) to create India’s largest skill development program. This initiative aims to produce an industry-ready workforce to support key sectors, including Green Energy, Manufacturing, Hi-tech, Project Excellence, and Industrial Design, reinforcing India’s ‘Make in India’ vision.
In alignment with the Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani’s philosophy of ‘Seva Sadhna Hai, Seva Prarthna Hai, Aur Seva Hi Parmatma Hai’ (Service is the highest form of devotion), the group will donate over INR 2,000 Crore to build a robust pipeline of skilled talent. This investment will help establish internationally benchmarked schools of excellence, known as Adani Global Skills Academy, across India.
The academy will cater to students from technical and vocational education backgrounds, selecting those aligned with specific industry needs and roles. Upon completing their certification, graduates will secure employment within the Adani Group as well as across the broader industry. This program ensures that these professionals will be first-day, first-hour ready, meeting global standards.
The first phase of the program will focus on establishing the world’s largest finishing school for technical training in Mundra, Gujarat. The facility aims to skill over 25,000 learners annually, particularly targeting fresh graduates and diploma holders from ITIs (Industrial Training Institutes) and Polytechnics. These students will undergo an intensive bootcamp designed to enhance their technical expertise and prepare them for diverse industry and service roles.

The Adani Global Skills Academy will provide an immersive learning environment, featuring innovation centers and AI-based simulators alongside mixed reality-based learning modules. The campus will offer fully residential facilities for both students and faculty.
To ensure a world-class learning experience, the Adani Group has partnered with ITEES, a global leader in technical and vocational training. ITEES will contribute its vast expertise in creating national occupational skills certification and standards. The collaboration will focus on developing best-in-class infrastructure, immersive technical content, and recruiting top-tier faculty with deep expertise in emerging industries.
Robin Bhowmik, CEO of Adani Skills & Education, highlighted the importance of this partnership in building high-level technical talent. “This initiative aligns with our commitment to the ‘Make in India’ focus across our portfolio and supports our broader vision of contributing to a Viksit Bharat (Developed India) by embedding application-led learning across industries,” he said.
ITEES CEO, Suresh Natarajan, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing ITEES’s mission to enhance skill development globally. “Through this collaboration, we aim to enhance education and create lasting impact by transforming lives through skills training,” he stated.
Over the years, ITEES has garnered several accolades, including the Singapore Quality Award with Special Commendation in 2011, recognizing its pioneering role in technical education.

With the Adani Global Skills Academy, the initiative will equip a new generation of professionals with the skills required to thrive in modern industries.
