The Rozgar Mela is held across different states and Union Territories ruled by the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) led NDA governments. This has been done keeping the future of youths in mind. Since the system is so much transparent the trust of the people have been reposed on the procedure.
The Rozgar Mela has been started from October last year and since then lakhs of youths has been awarded the appointed letters. These appointment letters can be termed as Diwali bonanza for these youths and their families.

Those who have received appointment letters today will be joining in various departments like Central Armed Forces, Sub Inspectors, Constables, LDC, among several others.
This Rozgar Mela can be seen as a good example and can be implemented in the states and union territories that are not ruled by the NDA parties particularly in states like West Bengal where recruitments in government jobs means corruption.
