5 Devotees Killed, 2 Critically Injured In a Major Accident In Meerut During Kawad Yatra

A serious incident took place in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. There are reports of numerous Kavadis being harmed in this crash because the DJ was struck by a high-tension line. At the same time, five Kavadis have lost their lives to electrocution. Two Kavadis are also reportedly in critical condition. However, everyone is being treated at the hospitals.

On the other hand, the passage has been blocked by the locals and the Kanwariyas. This incident happened in the Rali Chauhan locality of Bhavnapur on Kila Road.
The DJ crashed into a high-tension line as he and Kanvadia left the village. Furious over the collision, the Kanwariyas and the villagers blocked the road and began yelling epithets.
