The much-awaited Hindi-dubbed film Ziddi Jatt had its trailer launch today at a grand ceremony held at Sovereign II, Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.
Actor and MP Manoj Tiwari and Haryanvi singer Sapna Choudhary attended the event. Manoj Tiwari expressed his desire to see regional films grow. Sapna Choudhary revealed that her biopic will release in 2026 under Mahesh Bhatt’s banner.
Directed and written by Simrandeep Singh, Ziddi Jatt explores the grim realities of illegal sand mining in Punjab. The film highlights themes of justice, resistance, and retribution. It tells the story of those who dare to fight against a corrupt system.
Set against a politically tense backdrop, the film aims to spark conversation on the environment, law, and governance.
BJP MP Manoj Tiwari graced the launch as Chief Guest. His presence underscored the film’s relevance to today’s socio-political climate.
Ziddi Jatt is produced by Running Horses Films and Global Titans under the SMIC banner. Vikram Kumar, Danish Sinha, and Gauri Agarwal serve as lead producers. Ballu Saluja has handled the editing, while the music is by Running Horses Music.
The cast features Rana Jung Bahadur, Vikram Singh, Seema Kaushal, Sara Gurpal, Preet Baath, Sweta Brar, and Pradeep Rawat.
