Award-winning movie Dadasaheb Phalke, the Father of Indian cinema, would be the subject of a biopic, according to RRR director SS Rajamouli.
With the tagline, “When I first heard the narration, it moved me emotionally like nothing else,” Rajamouli posted an announcement video to Instagram. Making a biography is difficult in and of itself, but coming up with one that centres on the FATHER OF INDIAN CINEMA is much more difficult. Presenting MADE IN INDIA with great pride. The project, which is being directed by National Award-winning Director Nitin Kakkar, is planned to be a tribute to the beginning and rapid ascent of Indian cinema.
The epic voyage “MADE IN INDIA” promises will reveal the engrossing tale of the beginning and ascent of Indian cinema. The captivating story and magnificent storytelling in this ambitious production are sure to fascinate viewers.
Varun Gupta and SS Karthikeya are producing the movie under the Max Studios and Showing Business production labels, respectively.
