According to reliable sources, Ranbir Kapoor is poised to begin filming for “Ramayana” imminently. The shooting schedule for this Nitesh Tiwari directorial will predominantly unfold in Mumbai. Following this stint, Kapoor is scheduled for a substantial shoot in London. Notably, the London leg of filming will primarily focus on portraying the Lanka portions of the epic tale. This phase is expected to last approximately 60 days, during which Kapoor will be joined by fellow actor Yash.

In preparation for his role as Lord Ram, Ranbir Kapoor has reportedly made significant lifestyle adjustments. Reports suggest that he has willingly abstained from alcohol, non-vegetarian food, and late-night revelries. These lifestyle changes are aimed at honoring the character of Lord Ram and effectively immersing himself in the role.

In other casting news, Sunny Deol has been revealed as the actor set to portray Lord Hanuman in “Ramayana.” According to exclusive information obtained by Pinkvilla, Deol is thrilled to take on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. His casting is deemed a perfect match, given Lord Hanuman’s embodiment of strength and conviction, qualities synonymous with Sunny Deol’s persona. While Deol’s appearance in “Ramayana: Part One” is described as a guest role, he is slated to have a more substantial presence in the subsequent parts of the epic trilogy. The makers express confidence in Deol’s ability to become the contemporary embodiment of Lord Hanuman, following in the footsteps of legendary actor Dara Singh.
