Rakhi Sawant walks out in ‘Gangubai style’ from police station ahead of her arrest

Rakhi Sawant, actor-dancer and Bigg Boss fame was detained by Mumbai police in the Amboli area on Thursday. The actor has been released today after the 6-hour-long interrogations by the Amboli police.

Reason Behind Rakhi’s Arrest

Last year, on November 9, Sherlyn Chopra, a female model filed a complaint against Rakhi. Model Sherlyn has accused Rakhi has unnecessarily jumped into the fight between her and Bollywood.  Ahead of Sherlyn’s complaint, the Amboli police took the actor into custody on January 19.

In a tweet, news agency ANI wrote, “Mumbai: Amboli Police detains actor Rakhi Sawant after a woman model complained that she made her inappropriate videos & photos viral. Rakhi Sawant has been brought to Amboli PS for further questioning: Mumbai Police.”

During the interrogation, Rakhi fully cooperated in the police interrogation. After interrogation, she was tense while coming out of the police station.

Stylish Exit from Police Station

While walking out of the police station, Rakhi greeted the media with folded hands in Gangubai style with her head held high. She was seen wearing a hijab. It seemed from Rakhi’s expression that she had done nothing wrong. From the police custody to stepping out from the police station, Adil, her husband was along with her and supported her in this tough time.

Rakhi on her Mother’s condition

The actor’s mother’s condition is critical. Rakhi Sawant reached the hospital to meet her ailing mother as soon as she was released from the police station. Speaking to the media, she said that the mother’s condition is critical and serious. Her voice felt heavy speaking about her mother. The facial expression of the actor and the heaviness of her voice were telling the great pain of her life. However, Rakhi’s husband Adil Khan appeared with her in difficult times.
