Singer Harshdeep Kaur described her meeting with PM Narendra Modi at his New Delhi residence as one of the most memorable experiences of her life. The meeting took place on the eve of his 75th birthday.
Kaur revealed that the Prime Minister personally requested her to sing ‘Ik Onkar’, the Mool Mantra from the Gurbani. Representing the Sikh community, she said the moment filled her with humility and gratitude.
Sharing photos of the occasion, she posted, “So honored to have met with the Honourable Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji on the Eve of his 75th Birthday at his residence. What made this meeting even more special for me was the moment he requested me to sing “Ik Onkar” sung by me from Gurbani”
She expressed that representing the Sikh community in this sacred cause gave her goosebumps and filled her with both humility and pride.
