Gadar 2 is on its way to hit the score of 400 Crore on its second Saturday since the release of Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel starer movie. Gadar 2 is continuously breaking records. In India, it recently surpassed the 300 crore mark. According to industry expert Sacnilk, it increased by 55 percent on its second Saturday to bring in Rs 32 crore after earning Rs 20.5 crore on Friday. The film has so far made a total of Rs 336.13 crore in India and Rs 395.1 crores internationally.
Prior to Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (Rs 26.5 crore), The Kashmir Files (Rs 24.8 crore), and Pathaan (Rs 22 crore), this is the biggest second Saturday of all time. The film is anticipated to have a strong second weekend; Sacnilk estimates that it may bring in Rs 40 crore on Sunday. Despite competition from Akshay Kumar’s OMG 2 and Rajinikanth’s Jailer, Gadar 2 had a solid opening weekend, taking in an astonishing Rs 40 crores on its opening day.

By tomorrow, Gadar 2 is expected to exceed Tiger Zinda Hai (Rs 339 crore), PK (Rs 340 crore), and Sanju (Rs 342) to become the fifth-highest-grossing Hindi film ever at the domestic box office, surpassing even Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan (Rs 320 crore) in terms of box office revenue.

Gadar 2 is the largest post-pandemic hit of the Hindi film industry after Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan. At the box office, other movies did well as well, including Tu Jhoothi Main Makkkar, Satyaprem Ki Katha, and Kerala Story. Sunny and Ameesha reprise their roles as Tara Singh and Sakina in the movie, which is directed by Anil Sharma. Utkarsh Sharma appears in Gadar 2 as well.
