On Tuesday, actor Shahid Kapoor revealed that the name of his next action thriller movie, which is scheduled to release on October 11, 2024, is Deva. The film will be directed by Rosshan Andrews, who is well-known for Malayalam blockbusters like Salute and Kayamkulam Kochunni. Pooja Hegde stars in it as well. On his own Instagram page, Shahid provided an update regarding the new movie, which is supported by Roy Kapur Films and Zee Studios.

The creators of “Deva” claim that the story follows a smart but disobedient police officer looking into a well-known crime. He discovers a labyrinth of deceit and treachery as he investigates the case further, setting off on an exciting and perilous journey.

Shahid last appeared in the action thriller Bloody Daddy. The recent film in which Pooja appeared was the family comedy Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
