Cocktail 2 Cast Shares What Makes The Film Special After Trailer Launch

The makers of Cocktail 2 unveiled the film’s trailer on Tuesday, prompting lead actors Shahid Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Kriti Sanon to share what excites them most about the highly anticipated entertainer.

Shahid Kapoor described the film as a perfect summer experience packed with emotion, humour, romance, and energy. He said the project carries a vibrant spirit that audiences can enjoy with friends and loved ones.

Shahid also expressed confidence that the positive atmosphere during filming is reflected strongly in the trailer.

Kriti Sanon praised the film’s contemporary appeal and visual style. She noted that Cocktail 2 presents relationships that feel authentic, imperfect, and relatable.

According to her, the story celebrates friendship and love through a modern perspective. She also highlighted the film’s music, saying it elevates the overall cinematic experience.

Rashmika Mandanna described the film as an engaging combination of friendship, love, and the emotional challenges that accompany life’s journey. She stated that the trailer effectively captures the warmth, fun, and emotional depth of the characters Diya, Ally and Kunal.

Rashmika encouraged audiences to enjoy the film in theatres with friends, family members, and partners.

Director Homi Adajania explained that the story revolves around individuals attempting to make the right decisions while navigating complicated emotions. He characterised the film as humorous, emotional, chaotic, and slightly impulsive.

Adajania added that the trailer offers a glimpse into the entertaining world the team has created.

Produced by Dinesh Vijan, Luv Ranjan, and Ankur Garg, Cocktail 2 marks another collaboration under Homi Adajania’s direction.

The film is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on June 19 and promises a lively blend of romance, friendship, humour, and heartfelt moments.
