Rani Mukherji turns 45 today. Let's take a look at the actress's remarkable journey.
Rani Mukerji is quite possibly one of the most cherished entertainers in Bollywood. She began her career as an actress in 1996, and ever since then, she has not looked back. Over the years, she has impressed the audience with her skill and powerful performances. She was a true queen during the 2000s and made several successful films.
Since 1997, Rani Mukherjee has worked in the industry. We all know that she is the wife of Aditya Chopra, a producer and director in Bollywood. However, not many people are aware that she has a close relationship with seasoned stars such as Kajol, Nutan, Shobhana Samarth, and Tanuja. In fact, actress is Kajol’s and Tanisha Mukherjee’s cousin as well.
Rani Mukherjee made her acting debut in 1997 with the film Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat. However, after appearing in a number of films, Rani gained popularity with Karan Johar’s 1998 directorial debut, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Rani has appeared in movies like Black, Hum Tum, Veer Zara, and others.
However, Rani Mukerji is in the spotlight for her new film, “Mrs Chatterjee vs. Norway,” which is doing well at the box office. Rani plays the role of a mother who is accused of everything from hand-feeding her children to sharing a bed with them. Despite being referred to as crazy, unstable, and unfit as a mother, she struggles against all odds to get her children back. The film is based on the true story of a couple whose children are taken from them by the Norwegian childcare system. It is adapted from Sagarika Chakraborty’s autobiography, The Journey of a Mother.

Rani has worked with many different actors from Bollywood, but her performances with Shah Rukh Khan in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Chori Chori Chupke Chupke with Salman Khan, and Talaash with Aamir Khan were something different. We would love to see Rani reunite with all three Khans from Bollywood.
