‘Bawaal’, Starring Janhvi Kapoor And Varun Dhawan, Will Be Released Exclusively On OTT Platform

In an unexpected change of events, producer Sajid Nadiadwala, his director Nitesh Tiwari, and the actors Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor have chosen to release their upcoming film, Bawaal, digitally on OTT.

It has been revealed by insiders at the production companies that Bawaal will be available on Amazon Prime Video as a direct-to-digital release.

Bawaal is one of Sajid Nadiadwala’s most ambitious films, riding on a topic that doesn’t precisely have the commercial trappings of dance and music. In the state of the market today. Sajid, who has a flair for making commercial films, believes it’s best to release Bawaal directly digitally rather than taking a chance on a theatrical release.

He has gained a lot from digital players and chose to abandon the original plans to release it in theatres.

Now, the movie will be available on Amazon Prime Video in October, and a formal announcement will be made soon. “Sajid spoke with his actors, Varun and Janhvi, and only after that, they had all come to a conclusion. The entire crew is confident that, Bawaal would gain the support of the viewers on OTT.

The movie is poetry in motion and is anticipated to reach an even larger audience on digital platforms than it might have through a theatrical release. The objective behind Bawaal is to expand its reach globally, and Amazon is the ideal partner for that reach.

Bawaal, a film directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, is planned for an Amazon Prime direct-to-digital release. Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor, respectively, portray the key roles in the World War II-themed film.

Last year, The Dhadak movie fame Janhvi Kapoor shared some BTS pictures from the sets, and wrote a thank-you note for the entire team, announcing the wrap-up of the film.
