A New Life! Sushmita Sen Major Comeback After A Severe Heart Attack

Sushmita Sen stated on her Instagram live on Saturday that she had a severe heart attack but had survived, and she added that a 95% blockage had been discovered in her main artery. The former Miss Universe made her angioplasty procedure public for the first time on Thursday. Sushmita took to social media on Saturday to thank her admirers worldwide and the team of physicians who ‘leased a new life’ for her.

The “Aarya” actor claimed that going to the gym and living a healthy lifestyle helped her survive a heart attack. “Many of you, I’m sure, will stop attending the gym after hearing that it didn’t benefit the person. But it’s not a good thing. I was helped by it. I made it through a severe heart attack. It was large and the main artery was 95% blocked. I was able to survive because I continued to lead a busy life. I’m extremely fortunate to be on the other side. It doesn’t make me afraid; instead, I feel like I can look forward to something “The actor remarked

“When you get a new lease on life, you respect it, you’re cautious, and that’s when you learn to exercise and build your will even more,” Sushmita continued. The actor also warned young people in their 20s to check their hearts regularly. Although she is not fully recovering from her sore throat, Sushmita says she is doing well.

The “Biwi No 1” star is excited to return to the set. “After my doctors give me the all-clear, I’ll be traveling to Jaipur to finish Aarya and I’ll also be working on the dubbing for ‘Taali,'” she stated. “Keep your heart cheerful & courageous, and it’ll stick by you when you need it the most Shona,” Sushmita said in an Instagram post on Thursday. (Sage advice from my father, Sensubir) A few days ago, I had a heart attack. My cardiologist confirmed that “I do have a huge heart” after my angioplasty, placing a stent, and, most critically, both procedures. There are many persons to thank for their prompt assistance & helpful action; I shall do so in another post..

This post is just to keep you (my fans & loved ones) informed of the good news …that all is well & I am ready for some life again!!! I love you guys beyond!!!”
