It highlighted the number ‘3’ that was printed in the screen’s center. The figure’s typography and design seem uncannily familiar. If there were any unturned stones, the background music resembled a slight remix of “Main Hoon Don,” the theme song from the film Don.
The official handle of IMDb India commented on Farhan’s post, “11 mulkon ki police want to know the release date.” Farhan’s sister and filmmaker Zoya Akhtar also commented, “Boom (explosion emoji).”
What also got the attention of the internet was the line ‘A New Era Begins.’ Fans of the franchise then started wondering if that implies Shah Rukh wouldn’t return as the titular character in the threequel. Reports suggest Ranveer Singh has been cast as the new Don.

The ‘new age’ declaration, nevertheless, also sparked online discussion. Since Shah Rukh’s Don was also an official remake of Amitabh Bachchan’s 1978 gangster movie Don, many pushed the others to give it another opportunity. “Wow, such negative comments about Don3 not featuring SRK,” one user commented in the comment area. At the Sydney Film Festival earlier this year, The Original Don was shown. I haven’t yet heard a remix of Don (feat. Big B) that comes close to it. Farhan and colleagues should keep trying; they might succeed this time.

Farhan is. People originally objected to Shah Rukh playing Don in the movie New Era. “Kuch dikhaya hai toh kuch toh Naya hoga. You can continue to watch Sooryavansham at home if Shah Rukh isn’t there. Don’t be so false; at least Farhan is attempting something novel with the “new era”

According to media sources, Ranveer Singh would likely take up Shah Rukh’s role as the movie’s title character. Farhan and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment will produce Don 3. Farhan will return to that territory over 12 years after Don 2 and write and direct it. Shah Rukh and Priyanka Chopra were the main characters in Don (2006) and Don 2 (2011), the first two installments of the mafia thriller series.
