Stock market closed: Market closed in green mark after ups and downs on weekly expiry

Stock market closed: Market fluctuations were seen on the day of weekly expiry. In the last hour of trading, the market recovered from the lower level and closed at the green mark. Nifty closed up 22 points at 17,839, Nifty Bank up 17 points at 41,554 and closed up 142 points at 60,806. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 25 closed in the green and 25 in the red. 6 out of 12 shares of Nifty Bank closed in green and 6 in red mark. Buying is seen in 17 stocks of Sensex while selling in 13. Midcap, and Smallcap indices closed with gains. Selling was seen in metal, realty, and auto stocks. The pressure was seen in Infra, Energy, and FMCG stocks. There was a slight rise in IT, PSE, and stocks.
