Jaypee Infratech Secures Certificates For Five More Kensington Boulevard Towers

Jaypee Infratech Limited has announced that it has been granted occupancy certificates (OC) for five additional towers at its Kensington Boulevard Apartments project.

The newly certified buildings, Towers 1, 5, 6, 12 and 14, comprise a total of 423 residential units, a significant step forward in the company’s delivery schedule.

With these additions, Jaypee Infratech has now obtained OCs for 31 towers in the development, accounting for 3,135 units overall, equivalent to roughly one‑fifth of the project’s intended homes.

In its latest update, the real estate developer said it has already filed applications for occupancy certificates for 11 further towers, which encompass 1,078 units.

The company expects that authorities will issue approvals for these remaining sections shortly, reflecting its ongoing efforts to advance construction and deliver homes to buyers.

Management Reaffirms Commitment to Timely Delivery

Commenting on the development, Jaypee Infratech’s Executive Director, Jash Panchamia, reiterated the firm’s dedication to meeting its commitments amid a challenging construction and regulatory landscape.

He emphasised that the approval of OCs for the five towers represented a crucial milestone in the project’s delivery timetable and underscored the company’s intention to hand over all units within the timeline set out in its resolution plan.

Panchamia further noted that the management, which took charge of operations last year, has been working diligently to fulfil its obligations to customers.

He added that the company has already awarded contracts for all towers, and teams are driving progress on the remaining structures to ensure they meet the scheduled milestones.

The development at Kensington Boulevard comes amid broader momentum in India’s real estate sector, with various housing projects progressing through regulatory approvals and construction phases across the country.

The steady issuance of occupancy certificates plays a key role in building buyer confidence by signalling readiness for home handovers.

As Jaypee Infratech advances its project timelines, the recent approvals mark tangible progress toward delivering long‑awaited residences and addressing customer expectations in a segment that has seen renewed focus on completion and compliance.
