India will showcase its aroma, taste, and culture in New York through a unique event by Neeta Ambani and chef Vikas Khanna.
‘NMACC India Weekend’ will celebrate Indian culture from Sept 12–14 at New York’s iconic Lincoln Centre.
The event will offer an immersive experience of India’s diverse food, traditional attire, vibrant arts, and cultural performances. For those who cannot travel to India, this festival promises to deliver the soul of India right to their doorstep in New York.
Speaking about the initiative, Neeta Ambani emphasised that the event is much more than just a food festival.
“This is not just about flavours; it’s about delivering the soul of India—our history, our heritage—to the world,” she said.
Celebrated Indian chef Vikas Khanna is playing a vital role in the event. Known for popularising Indian cuisine globally, Khanna has curated a culinary journey that tells stories from every corner of India.
“Every bite served here will narrate a tale from a region of India,” he shared.
The NMACC India Weekend is designed not just for the Indian diaspora but also for an international audience.
Through music, dance, art, and food, the event will showcase India’s soft power on a global platform and offer a deep cultural insight into the country’s soul.
Organisers will transform the Lincoln Centre into a vibrant ‘Mini India’ for three days with elaborate planning and authentic experiences.
Attendees will not only witness India’s cultural richness but also take home a deep emotional connection to the land and its people.
NMACC India Weekend promises a vibrant showcase of India’s identity with a lasting global impact.
