Gautam Adani Unveils Growth Vision At Adani Group AGM 2026

Addressing shareholders at the Adani Group AGM 2026, Chairman Gautam Adani outlined the group’s strategic vision under the theme ‘Accelerating Infrastructure, Leveraging Intelligence’. He described infrastructure and artificial intelligence as the twin drivers of India’s future growth, positioning the group as a key contributor to the nation’s physical and digital development.

Despite global economic uncertainty, energy security concerns, and geopolitical challenges, Gautam Adani stated that the group continued to invest and expand. He noted that past legal and market-related challenges are now behind the organisation, allowing greater focus on execution and growth.

The group reported revenue of ₹2.92 lakh crore for FY26, representing year-on-year growth of 7.4 per cent. Profit rose 13.9 per cent to ₹46,376 crore, while EBITDA stood at ₹94,834 crore.

Fund flow from operations reached ₹67,995 crore, supported by record capital expenditure exceeding ₹1.5 lakh crore.

A ₹25,000 crore rights issue further reflected investor confidence.

The Adani portfolio continued to grow across energy, logistics, transport, and digital infrastructure.

Key developments included the commissioning of India’s first off-grid 5 MW green hydrogen pilot plant.

The group also expanded its power generation capacity, transmission network and city gas distribution operations.

Adani Ports handled more than 500 million tonnes of cargo during FY26, while Navi Mumbai International Airport became operational in December 2025.

The group also announced major investments in data centres, defence manufacturing, and industrial infrastructure to support AI-driven growth.

Beyond business expansion, the Adani Foundation now reaches nearly 10 million people across 7,000 villages in 22 states.

The group is also investing in healthcare through integrated health campuses in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. It has also skilled more than 1.25 lakh young people across rural India.

Concluding his address, Gautam Adani reaffirmed the group’s commitment to building through volatility. He said the group will continue to scale infrastructure and intelligence together. He added that Adani Group remains focused on supporting India’s long-term development through rapid execution and sustained investment.
