Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman met her Chinese counterpart Liu Kun on Sunday and discussed G20 issues.
The finance ministry tweeted, “Union Finance Minister Smt. @nsitharaman met Mr. Liu Kun, Finance Minister of China, on the sidelines of the #G20 #LeadersSummit in New Delhi. They exchanged views on various issues related to #G20”, through its official ‘X’ handle.

The meeting took place on the final day of the G20 Leadership Summit.
It should be mentioned that China’s President Xi Jinping chose not to attend the G-20 Summit. Li Qiang, China’s Prime Minister, was in attendance.
