On 9 July 2025, Care Expert, affiliated with Reliance Jio, announced its strategic partnership with Egypt’s Telecom Egypt to roll out a state-of-the-art national healthcare platform.
Both companies signed the agreement to integrate Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS) with unified electronic medical records, aligning healthcare management with international best practices.
The platform effectively displays both clinical and administrative data while ensuring stringent data privacy measures.
Egypt’s national cloud infrastructure will store the platform’s data, supporting the country’s Sustainable Digital Transformation Vision 2030.
Care Expert has established itself as a leader in AI-driven healthcare technology in India, serving numerous large public and private healthcare providers.
Its network includes prestigious institutions such as Apollo Hospitals, CK Birla, Reliance, Artemis, HCL, Cipla, and India’s Ministry of Defence.
The platform currently supports a wide array of medical institutions, including multi-speciality, super-speciality, and single-speciality hospitals, as well as pharmacies and diagnostic chains.
To date, over 15 million patients have benefited from services delivered through this system.
