Grover has been consistently disobeying the court’s orders and is a habitual criminal, according to information provided to the court. In his appearance on behalf of Grover today, Advocate Giriraj Subramanium promised the court that he would not disobey the court’s directions and offered an apologies.
Grover, Subramanium informed the Court, has also removed his tweets.

Speaking on behalf of BharatPe, Senior Advocate Akhil Sibal said that the damage had already been done when he deleted his tweets because they had been noticed by the media. After reviewing the applications and the apology, Justice Palli expressed her disgust with Grover’s actions.
Grover apologized, and the court accepted that. However, it also ordered him to fulfill his commitment and pay ₹2 lakh in charges to the Delhi High Court Clerks Association.

Following the hearing, Subramanium stated that BharatPe and Grover should be brought to mediation because there are approximately fifteen pending proceedings between them.
