Adani Group’s ‘Hum Karke Dikhate Hain’ Campaign Highlights India’s Green Energy Revolution

In a stirring new campaign, ‘Hum Karke Dikhate Hain’, Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group, has spotlighted the conglomerate’s unwavering commitment to powering India through renewable energy.

The video, widely circulated on social media, captures the scale and ambition of the group’s green energy mission — with the Khavda solar project at the heart of it.

Khavda: A global green energy marvel

The centrepiece of the campaign is the vast solar project under development in Khavda, Gujarat’s Kutch region.

Further set to become the world’s largest renewable energy plant, the Khavda project will generate 30,000 MW of clean power.

Covering 538 square kilometres—five times the size of Paris—the project will become the world’s largest power facility and will even be visible from space.

In the video, Adani refers to the sun as ‘sooraj bhaiya’, symbolising the light and hope brought by solar energy to remote villages once shrouded in darkness.

“In our actions sit the promises we make… The rays of change are here. Hum Karke Dikhate Hain!,” he wrote, expressing the spirit behind the initiative.

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), India’s largest renewable energy firm, has already crossed a significant benchmark by achieving an operational capacity of 15,539.9 MW.

This capacity is sufficient to power approximately 7.9 million households and light up thirteen states — including the entire northeast region — with clean, affordable energy.

The milestone also marks a decade of AGEL’s efforts in scaling renewable energy solutions at unmatched speed, helping shape India’s position as a global leader in sustainable power.

Innovation at scale

Ashish Khanna, CEO of AGEL, praised the team’s efforts and reiterated the group’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

“Inspired by Gautam Adani’s ambition, AGEL is proving that clean energy can be delivered at an unprecedented scale and speed,” he said.

The ‘Hum Karke Dikhate Hain’ campaign not only underscores Adani Group’s progress in energy transition but also reflects its larger vision to power dreams and bring prosperity to millions through sustainable development.

Meanwhile, as the Khavda plant nears completion and AGEL continues to expand, the group positions itself to lead India—and possibly the world—into a new era of renewable energy.
