Adani Foundation Boosts Youth Employment Through Skill Training In Mirzapur

Adani Foundation, in collaboration with the Adani Skill Development Centre, continues to strengthen youth employability in Mirzapur through specialised vocational training initiatives.

The programme focuses on empowering young individuals with industry-oriented skills beyond conventional academic qualifications.

Under the initiative, the centre is providing free Domestic Data Entry Operator training to local youth.

The programme aims to enhance professional capabilities and create sustainable employment opportunities for aspiring candidates seeking financial independence.

On May 27, nine trainees secured placements as Customer Care Executives at Cyfuture, a multinational firm operating alongside UPPCL and NHAI in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Selected candidates will receive monthly salaries ranging between Rs 15,000 and Rs 19,368 based on qualifications and eligibility criteria for eight working hours daily.

During the placement ceremony, representatives from Adani Foundation and Adani Skill Development Centre distributed offer letters to the selected trainees and extended wishes for their successful professional journeys.

The event reflected the organisation’s ongoing commitment to skill enhancement and youth empowerment in the region.

Several guardians also attended the programme, including Rakesh Kumar from Rampur-33 village, Jeetlal from Rajapur, Abhay Gupta from Pachokhara, and Akash from Naudiha Lalpur.

Parents appreciated the initiatives undertaken by Adani Foundation and the skill development centre for creating meaningful employment pathways for local youth. They further encouraged young individuals to acquire practical skills and pursue career advancement opportunities through professional training programmes.

Organisers stated that skill-based education remains crucial in today’s competitive employment landscape and can significantly improve long-term career prospects for aspiring professionals.
