Adani Enterprises Q1 FY27: EBITDA Hits Record Rs 5,642 Crore

Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the flagship company of the Adani Group, has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting its highest-ever quarterly EBITDA.

Strong contributions from established infrastructure businesses and expanding incubating ventures supported the company’s performance.

Total income rose 50 per cent year-on-year to Rs. 33,546 crore, while EBITDA increased 49 per cent to a record Rs. 5,642 crore.

Profit Before Tax stood at Rs. 1,295 crore, excluding the OFAC settlement of Rs. 2,644 crore.

Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani said the company has started FY27 on a strong footing. He highlighted the commencement of international operations at Navi Mumbai International Airport, toll collection on the Ganga Expressway, expansion of solar module manufacturing capacity, and a major hyperscale data centre order.

Gautam Adani added that the successful Rs. 15,000 crore Qualified Institutional Placement reflected strong institutional confidence in the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Adani New Industries expanded its solar module manufacturing capacity to 5.7 GW after commissioning an additional 1.7 GW production line.

AdaniConnex secured a new 400 MW hyperscale data centre order in Visakhapatnam, increasing its tied-up capacity to more than 960 MW.

Navi Mumbai International Airport commenced international flight operations on July 15, 2026, while airport EBITDA surged 49 per cent year-on-year to Rs. 1,633 crore.

The Copper business contributed EBITDA of Rs. 749 crore following capacity expansion.

Toll collections began on the Ganga Expressway from May 15, 2026, while Adani Road Transport added a new 620.6 lane-kilometre BOT project.

The company also operationalised the Dhirauli mining contract in Madhya Pradesh, taking mining services capacity to 93.1 MMTPA.

AEL said improved asset utilisation and operational efficiency will continue driving long-term shareholder value.
