Adani Enterprises Denies Reports Of Launching An Airline

Adani Enterprises Limited on Thursday categorically denied media reports and market speculation claiming that it is planning to launch an airline.

In an official statement issued from Ahmedabad, the company described the reports as completely baseless and factually incorrect.

The company clarified that it is not evaluating any proposal to enter the airline industry. It stressed that recent claims circulating in sections of the media and the market do not reflect its business plans or strategic priorities.

A spokesperson for Adani Enterprises said the speculation surrounding a possible airline launch is without merit.

The company urged stakeholders to rely only on official communications rather than unverified reports and rumours.

The clarification comes after reports suggested that Adani Enterprises was considering expanding its presence in the aviation sector by launching a commercial airline.

The company stated this to dispel speculation and also provide clarity to investors, shareholders and the wider public.

Adani Enterprises reiterated that it has no proposal under consideration to start an airline business.

The company emphasised that its official statement represents its definitive position on the matter and also advised the public not to rely on speculative reports that could create unnecessary confusion.
