For the third consecutive year, it has led the 13th Integrated Rating Exercise by the PFC, highlighting its strong financial stability.
The company has also earned an A+ grade in the Consumer Service Rating of DISCOMs (CSRD) for FY 2023-24 by the REC, reinforcing its leadership in customer service delivery.
These recognitions reflect Adani Electricity’s unwavering commitment to providing reliable, sustainable, and customer-centric power solutions.
In addition, the company serves over 3 million consumers in Mumbai, excelling in operational reliability and grievance redressal.
Notably, it has also achieved 100% compliance in timely outage alerts, while further enhancing customer convenience by facilitating over 87% of digital bill payments.
Adani Electricity demonstrated outstanding financial management, operational efficiency, and robust debt service coverage, positioning itself as India’s most financially robust utility.
The Integrated Rating Exercise evaluates utilities based on various factors, including financial sustainability and operational performance.
On the national level, Adani Electricity’s achievements highlight how strong financial management and customer-focused services can drive the power distribution sector towards greater reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.
The CSRD report, now in its fourth edition, evaluates utilities on critical service areas such as operational reliability, metering, billing, and grievance redressal.
