Adani Digital Labs (ADL), the innovation wing of the Adani Group, has announced a new partnership with global airport service provider Dragonpass to improve lounge access and comfort at Adani-managed airports and other key locations across India.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the company said that Dragonpass now has direct access to all lounges managed by Adani Airports, along with several other prominent lounges nationwide.
The move aims to offer travellers a more seamless and comfortable lounge experience.
A spokesperson from Adani Digital Labs said, “We are excited to partner with Dragonpass, a global leader in digital travel services. This direct engagement allows us to unlock new opportunities, optimise our airport offerings, and deliver a seamless experience to travellers across India.”
The partnership marks a step forward in India’s airport hospitality ecosystem, paving the way for unique Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) and tailored experiences for diverse passenger groups.
Both ADL and Dragonpass plan to work closely to design and deliver personalised offerings to travellers, enhancing their overall airport journey with premium amenities and service.
Georgios Sikovaris, Head of Lounge and Airline Partnership at Dragonpass, asserted, “By working together with Adani, we aim to enhance comfort and convenience for our customers across multiple locations. We are confident that this partnership will further elevate the travel experience, offering travellers a superior journey every step of the way.”
ADL serves as the digital face of Adani Airports Holdings Limited (AAHL) and Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), and plays a critical role in shaping future-ready, digitally enhanced airport experiences.
It focuses on using modern technology and thoughtful design to redefine convenience and scale for travellers, aligning with the Adani Group’s broader goals of innovation and nation-building.
This collaboration will likely significantly boost lounge service capabilities while improving overall traveller satisfaction.
Both companies have expressed a strong commitment to raising the standards of comfort and accessibility for both business and leisure passengers.
Dragonpass, which serves over 40 million members globally, offers easy access to airport lounges around the world, bringing its expertise to the Indian aviation market through this partnership.
