Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL) announced on Sunday that it is working closely with banks to quickly restore lounge services at airports across India. This comes after disruptions caused by DreamFolks Services Ltd, a lounge access provider, which suspended services unexpectedly.
An Adani Airports spokesperson stated that DreamFolks’ suspension of services violated service agreements with several airports. As a temporary solution, AAHL lounges are now accepting all major debit and credit cards from other providers to assist passengers.
DreamFolks issued a statement addressing the disruption, confirming that they are fully compliant with their obligations and are working to restore services. They emphasized that minimizing inconvenience to passengers is their top priority.
AAHL, established in 2019, currently operates seven airports and will expand to eight with the addition of Navi Mumbai International Airport by December 2024.
