Vastu Tips: To Avoid Problems Remove These Things From Your Home

Vastu Shastra is a science of building and architecture. Vastu-compliant architecture and interior design are conducive to happiness, good health, prosperity, and good fortune. Numerous similarities exist between Chinese Feng Shui and Indian Vastu. Vastu Shastra is a Hindu tradition that calls for incorporating specific elements into our homes to help us live in harmony with the natural world. It is widely accepted that if you maintain your home using Vastu principles, you will undoubtedly experience happiness and success. People have been seen to have wealth, comfort, and happiness issues despite their best efforts; this may be the result of Vastu Dosh.

According to experts in Vastu Shastra, a home’s financial situation can be improved by removing the Vastu Dosh. This fills a home with uplifting energy. Peace reigns as the negative energy is destroyed. According to Vastu Shastra, there are specific things that might promote happiness in both the home and the mind.

There are some things that are detrimental in the home. But how can we know what needs to be thrown away and what should be kept? The items that shouldn’t be kept in a home are listed here.

Scenes of Battle or War

The Ramayana and Mahabharata’s conflict scenes shouldn’t be kept inside homes. These images show conflict between family members.

Thorny or Cactus Plants

Cactus and other thorny plants shouldn’t ever be kept or planted in a home. Except for Rose, remove all other prickly plants.

Taj Mahal

You shouldn’t keep a Taj Mahal artefact or even just a picture of it. It is a mausoleum and a representation of passivity and death. However, even though it is actually the grave of Shah Jahan’s wife Mumtaz Begum, people still see it as a sign of love. This is the justification for not displaying any artwork or photos of the Taj Mahal in one’s home. Such items are thought to have a serious and profound impact on our life.

Idols or paintings of animals

Avoid images of pigs, snakes, donkeys, owls, bats, vultures, pigeons, and crows as well as other animals and birds. Vastu states that there shouldn’t be even one bird or animal in a couple’s bedroom. Since they represent the wildness of nature, no wild animal’s photograph or exhibit should be maintained inside the home. As a result, residents of a residence behave in a violent manner.

shattered statues or glasses

Do not keep broken mirrors, broken glasses, or god and goddess idols in your house.

Natraja

The image of Shiva as a cosmic dancer is found in almost every classical dancer’s home. There are always two sides to a coin. Natraja is a symbol of this great art form but also a symbol of destruction. The reason for this is that the dance form actually is a Tandav dance which means the dance for destruction. Hence, either the picture or the showpiece depicting Natraja should never be kept in the house.
