Over three thousand enthusiastic residents of the valley planted flowers along the 12 kilometres of the Trans Arunachal Highway in the direction of Upper Subansiri District. People from all walks of life, including citizens, students, panchayat leaders, gaon buras, gaon buries, members of various NGOs, CBOs, village clan members, market committee members, and the government, began their journey at the Ziro police check gate in Siibey.
