International Excellence Awards 2023
Shri Rakesh Kumar Shukla, Canvassing Special Advisor & International Coordination MEA, Govt. of India was felicitated with an exclusive honor by the World Book of Records, London for his matchless contribution to promoting the cause of education, culture, and youth empowerment. The award function was held in the British Parliament, in London.
On being released the latest overseas edition of the World Book of Records, he was congratulated by Shri Virendra Sharma (Member of Parliament, England), Dr. Diwakar Sukul (Chairman, World Book of Records, London), Shri Santosh Shukla, Advocate (President, World Book of Records, London), Shri Prakash Sharma (Director, WBR-USA).
