Netizens Suggest Barack Obama To Watch RRR, Kantara

Former US president Barack Obama shared a list of his favorite films, music, and books, just like every year. Tom Cruise’s Top Gun Maverick, Park Chan-wook’s Decision to Leave, John Patton Ford’s Emily the Criminal are among a few in Obama’s favorite movies list of 2022. Sharing the list, he tweeted,” I saw some great movies this year – here are some of my favorites. What did I miss?” , through his Twitter handle.

 

While Tom Cruise’s Tom Gun Maverick, and Descendants, among others top the list, Indian fans suggested him to watch RRR.

 

Netizens say without KANTARA, list is incomplete.  A section of users also expressed their disappointment over Black Panthar: Wakanda Forever not making to his list.

A Former President follower tweeted,” Surprised black Panther didn’t make this list..” He thanked him for the recommendation. Robert McLaws tweeted,” Thanks for the recommendation tho! Looking forward to checking them out. Merry Christmas to you and your family.”

Social media users noted that Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which was one of the highest-grossing films of the year, is missing from Obama’s list. While some Indian fans suggested former president to watch SS Rajamouli’s RRR and Rishab Shetty’s Kantara, which has been shortlisted for the 2023 Oscars.

He watched films of different genres during the year 2022, including Tom Cruise’s action film Top Gun: Maverick, the genre-hoping Everything Everywhere All at Once, TÁR, and Aftersun, among others.
