Modi to Attend Inauguration of BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi: Here’s His Tentative Schedule

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a significant visit to Abu Dhabi on February 14th, where he will partake in several key events, including the inauguration of the BAPS Hindu Mandir.

The day will commence with a press briefing by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) in Abu Dhabi, scheduled for 9:30 AM IST, providing insights into the Prime Minister’s visit and the agenda for the day.

One of the highlights of Modi’s visit will be his participation in the World Government Summit from 1:50 PM to 2:10 PM IST, where he is expected to address global leaders and dignitaries on various issues of international importance.

However, the main focus of the day’s activities will undoubtedly be the inauguration of the BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi. The consecration ceremony, symbolizing the sanctification of the temple, is slated to commence at 7:15 AM GST (Gulf Standard Time), corresponding to 8:45 AM IST.

Consecration of the temple

Following the sacred consecration ceremony, the main inauguration event of the BAPS Hindu Mandir will commence at 4:30 PM GST, or 6:00 PM IST, and will continue until 9:00 PM IST. This event holds immense significance not only for the Hindu community in Abu Dhabi but also for devotees worldwide, as it represents a significant milestone in promoting cultural and spiritual harmony.
