Xinhua news agency reported that the targeted schools, al-Nasr and Hassan Salama, wer hit by multiple missiles.
Medical officials have confirmed the fatalities and reported numerous injuries following the air raids.
The majority of the victims are women and children, as stated by Gaza’s Civil Defence Authority.
