Indian Consulate In San Francisco Set Ablaze By SFJ; US State Department Reacts Furiously

Khalistani supporters are on a mission to show their aggression and fury on the Indian Officers in foreign nations. Earlier, threat posters of Indian diplomats were being circulated in Canada. Now, the Indian consulate in San Francisco of the United States was set to fire by the Khalistani supporters. The office was set to burn by the members of Sikhs for Justice. Fortunately, no officers in the building suffered any kind of injuries and the fire was put off soon by the firefighters.

India Consulate on the hit list of Khalistanis

The consulate was on the target of the Khalistani group from past few months. Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) later claimed responsibility and released a video showing the consulate being set on fire. The Indian Ministry of Home Affairs first classified the SFJ as a designated terror organisation in July 2019 due to its disruptive and extremist actions in Punjab.

US State Department condemns the act

This criminal offense was strongly condemned by the US State authorities. Spokesperson Matthew Miller took it Twitter and said, “The US strongly condemns the reported vandalism and attempted arson against the Indian Consulate in San Francisco. Vandalism or violence against diplomatic facilities or foreign diplomats in the US is a criminal offence.”

World is facing Khalistani aggression

The incidents of Khalistani aggression are on a steep rise these days. This is because of Killing of Khalistani terrorist, Nijjar Singh in Canada. The pro-Khalistani leader was on the wanted list of India. Supporters of Khalistan recently circulated the name of Indian diplomats in Canada while accusing them of the killing of Nijjar Singh. They quoted the officials as “Killers In Toronto”. After a little while, the Foreign Affairs Minister – Dr. S. Jaishankar reacted to this and warned the western nation that this might ruin their relations with India.
