Govind Dholakia Launches His Autobiography At Dhamecha Lohana Centre In London

On Wednesday, the 8th of March 2023, renowned diamond entrepreneur and philanthropist Govind Dholakia launched his autobiography ‘Diamonds are Forever, So Are Morals’ at the Dhamecha Lohana Centre in London.

The launch event was attended by some of the most influential people in the business, including celebrities, politicians, and industry leaders. It was a night of celebration that was filled with heartfelt speeches, entertainment and music.  The event was also attended by many dignitaries including The Lord Popat of Harrow, Mr. C B Patel of Gujarat Samachar, popular writer Amish Tripathi ( Cultural centre director at Nehru centre), Bhawani Singh Shekhawat ( CEO – The Akshaypatra Foundation UK).

The book, which was the brainchild of Dholakia, is an uplifting story of his journey in the diamond industry. It details his experience in turning his small business in India into a multi-million-pound enterprise. It also shares his principles and values, which he believes are essential for any successful business.

During the launch event, Dholakia spoke about the importance of ethical business practices and the need to treat employees fairly. He also highlighted his commitment to helping those in need. Govind Dholakia is the founder and chairman of Shree Ramkrishna Exports Pvt.Ltd., a diamond manufacturing and exporting company. He is fondly called Govind Kaka and his most popular quote is “I am Nothing but, I can do Anything.” The event was also attended by his entire family along with his son Shreyans Dholakia who came from Mumbai for this event.

Govind Dholakia was also honoured at the UK House of Lords on Tuesday. The book launch event was a great success and it was clear that the audience was inspired by Dholakia’s story. He received a standing ovation from the crowd, who were clearly moved by his message of perseverance and optimism.

The event was a testament to Dholakia’s achievements and a reminder that, even in difficult times, success is possible if you are willing to work hard and stick to your principles. The book is available to purchase now on Amazon UK and Amazon India and is sure to be an inspiration to many.
