He said, “We can nurture even fierce animals like lions with care,” and noted that the Prime Minister’s gesture in the painting embodies fearlessness and empathy.

Prime Minister Launches New Initiatives in Madhya Pradesh

The Prime Minister received tributes nationwide on his birthday. He spent the day in Madhya Pradesh, laying the foundation stone for India’s first PM MITRA Park in Bhainsola village, Dhar district.

This mega textile hub falls under a flagship central initiative and aims to strengthen the garment and apparel sector. It also signals a major step in industrial development.

Alongside the inauguration, PM Modi launched two major health and nutrition initiatives: Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar (Healthy Women, Empowered Families) and the eighth Rashtriya Poshan Maah (National Nutrition Month).

Organisers are holding more than one lakh health camps from September 17 to October 2 as part of the Seva Pakhwada (Fortnight of Service).

These camps will offer preventive and curative health services for women and children. They will include screenings for non-communicable diseases, anaemia, tuberculosis, and sickle cell disease.

They will also provide maternal and adolescent health check-ups, immunisations, and nutrition counselling.

Officials are coordinating blood donation drives nationwide through the e-Raktkosh portal and the MyGov platform.
