Delhi-NCR Weather Today: Hot, Hazy Or Rainy? Check Saturday’s Forecast

Delhi and surrounding areas are likely to experience warm weather, hazy sunshine and partly cloudy skies on Saturday.

The maximum temperature in the national Capital could reach around 36 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature may remain close to 26 degrees Celsius.

Morning and night temperatures across Delhi-NCR are expected to stay between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius, while afternoon temperatures could rise to 35-37 degrees Celsius.

The weather department has not issued a specific rainfall warning for Delhi, although isolated changes in conditions remain possible.

Noida may experience hot and humid weather with partly cloudy or variable skies. Some parts of the city could receive brief spells of rain.

Gurugram is likely to remain hot and mostly dry, with hazy sunshine during the day. The temperature could climb to nearly 37 degrees Celsius, while the night-time reading may settle around 27 degrees Celsius.

Ghaziabad could see mostly clear and sunny conditions, with the mercury reaching nearly 35 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature staying around 27 degrees Celsius.

The Meteorological Department has warned of heavy to torrential rainfall across 21 states on August 29.

The alert forecasts strong winds, with gusts potentially reaching 85 kmph in some locations.

Authorities have urged farmers, fishermen and members of the public to take necessary precautions.

Powerful winds could damage trees and disrupt road travel, while heavy rain may create difficulties for commuters and travellers.

Delhi’s air quality remained a concern, with several monitoring stations reporting elevated pollution levels.

Anand Vihar recorded an AQI of 376, while Wazirpur registered 220. IIT Delhi reported an AQI of 184 and CRRI Mathura Road recorded 181.

Several other locations, including Jahangirpuri, Nehru Nagar, Punjabi Bagh and Ashok Vihar, recorded elevated pollution levels, while the Cantonment Area recorded a comparatively lower AQI of 71.
