OPPO Find X9S To Launch In India With Dimensity 9500s Chip

OPPO has confirmed plans to expand its Find X9 lineup in India with the launch of the Find X9S smartphone.

Although the company has not announced an official launch date, it has confirmed that the device will use the newly introduced MediaTek Dimensity 9500s processor.

The Find X9 series currently includes the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro models.

The MediaTek Dimensity 9500s is a flagship-grade system-on-chip featuring an octa-core CPU with one Cortex-X925 ultra core clocked at up to 3.73GHz, three Cortex-X4 premium cores, and four Cortex-A720 performance cores.

For graphics performance, the chipset includes MediaTek Adaptive Game Technology 3.0 and Frame Rate Conversion Technology 3.0.

The processor integrates the MediaTek Imagiq image processor, enabling real-time motion tracking at up to 30fps. It supports 8K video recording at 60fps with full-focus capability, Dolby Vision, and HDR.

Connectivity features include dual SIM dual active 5G, Bluetooth direct connections of up to five kilometres, advanced GPS support, MediaTek 5G UltraSave 4.0, and AI Network Suite 2.0 for improved performance in low-signal environments.

According to reports, OPPO may launch the Find X9S in India between April and June, following its expected debut in China in March.

The smartphone is likely to feature a 6.3-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, possibly using an LTPO panel with ultra-thin bezels.

The device is expected to house a 7,000mAh battery and include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. It may also offer up to IP69 or IP69K-rated dust and water resistance, positioning the Find X9S as a durable flagship option in the Indian market.
