The OnePlus Pad Go 2 features a spacious 12.1-inch LCD panel with a 2.8K resolution. Thanks to the 120 Hz refresh rate, scrolling feels fluid and on-screen content appears sharp across apps, videos and documents.
With brightness levels reaching close to 900 nits, the display remains comfortable to view indoors and in well-lit environments.
Its 7:5 aspect ratio provides a good balance for watching content in landscape mode and reading in portrait orientation. Despite the large screen, the tablet feels sturdy without being cumbersome, while the narrow bezels enhance the overall viewing experience.
Although the LCD panel does not deliver AMOLED-level contrast, it performs admirably within its price category.
Powering the Pad Go 2 is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra processor, combined with 8 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and storage options of up to 256 GB. In day-to-day usage, the tablet remains responsive, handles multitasking efficiently and manages split-screen apps with ease. While it is not intended for high-end gaming, casual titles and moderately demanding games run smoothly.
Battery performance stands out as a major highlight. The large 10,050 mAh battery easily lasts beyond a full day and can stretch close to two days with lighter usage. The tablet supports 33W fast charging and also offers reverse wired charging for powering small accessories when needed.
The Pad Go 2 includes 8 MP cameras on both sides, which are suitable for video calls, virtual meetings and document scans. Audio output from the quad-speaker setup is clear and balanced, making it enjoyable for videos, music and everyday listening.
Running on OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16, the software experience feels clean and easy to navigate.
OnePlus’s Open Canvas multitasking tools improve usability on the large screen, while the promise of long-term updates adds to the tablet’s overall value. Optional stylus support further enhances note-taking and creative use cases.
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 stands out as one of the most practical mid-range tablets currently available in India. With its large display, reliable performance, excellent battery life and uncluttered software, it delivers a well-balanced experience for students, professionals and casual users alike.
