Looking For A Smarter Water Purifier? V-Guard’s New Aurina Series Promises Just That

V-Guard Industries Ltd. has strengthened its home appliances segment with the launch of the Aurina RO water purifier series in India.

The newly introduced range aims to tackle common water purification challenges faced by households across the country.

The Aurina series incorporates DuoGuard Filter Technology, a dual-cartridge filtration system designed to combine pre-filtration within a compact unit.

This approach seeks to minimise issues such as microbial growth, inconsistent water pressure, and space constraints during installation.

Commenting on the launch, Managing Director Mithun K Chittilappilly stated that the company prioritises practical innovation driven by real consumer concerns. He noted that the new technology reflects a commitment to delivering efficient, sustainable, and user-friendly solutions tailored to Indian households.

The Aurina RO water purifier series is priced between ₹8,999 and ₹12,499, depending on the model. The range comprises four variants, each equipped with a 7-litre storage capacity.

These models are available through leading e-commerce platforms as well as the company’s official website, ensuring easy access for customers nationwide.

The standout feature of the Aurina series is its DuoGuard Filter Technology, which includes an anti-microbial activated carbon layer to help limit microbial growth within the filtration system.

The integrated design removes the need for external pre-filters, simplifying installation and saving kitchen space.

The purifiers, however, offer a water recovery rate of up to 40 per cent at Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) levels of up to 2,000 PPM.

According to the company, this can result in water savings of approximately 12.5 litres per day under certain conditions.

Additionally, the series includes a Mineral Health Charger that restores essential minerals after purification.

Depending on the model, the systems support multi-stage purification processes combining RO, UV, and UF technologies.

The Aurina range comes with a two-year unconditional warranty covering filters, the RO membrane, and electrical components.

Customers also benefit from after-sales service through V-Guard’s extensive support network across India.

The series includes the following variants:

  • Aurina 2X RO + UV + UF + MHC,
  • Aurina 2X RO + UF + MHC,
  • Aurina RO + UF + MHC, and
  • Aurina RO + UV + UF + MHC

With the Aurina series, V-Guard continues to enhance its presence in the home appliances market by offering solutions that balance performance, efficiency, and convenience for modern households.
