From Manual Oversight To Smart Operations: How Pratik Dahule’s Model Targets Manufacturing Efficiency

The manufacturing sector is moving towards smarter operational models as businesses seek higher productivity, stronger safety and greater transparency.

Smart devices, real-time monitoring and digital oversight now help facilities manage increasingly complex workflows.

A notable example comes from FIBRO, a precision tooling and industrial engineering manufacturer.

The company worked with Pratik Dahule, supported by Prakash Lande of Spaark Enterprises and Shubham Sawant, to improve operational visibility and efficiency.

Dahule combined energy optimisation, operational analytics and predictive monitoring to examine facility behaviour, equipment loads and workflow patterns.

Lande contributed technical assessments and system configuration, while Sawant helped validate activity patterns and coordinate implementation across shop floors.

The team evaluated each facility’s operational profile before making targeted adjustments. This approach improved coordination without disrupting ongoing activities.

More predictable equipment performance helped organisations manage energy consumption, maintenance planning and future upgrades.

The initiative created a foundation for technologies such as IoT-enabled sensors, automated energy controls and advanced analytics dashboards. It strengthened compliance and sustainability efforts by creating documented evidence of operational improvements.

Without structured oversight, companies could have remained dependent on manual supervision and struggled to understand workflow patterns. Instead, the project demonstrates how digital monitoring can improve reliability, safety and productivity.

The accompanying copyright certificate records the work ‘Enhancing to IoT-Driven Energy Optimization through Structured Data Management and Synergy Tree Model’.

The certificate lists Pratik Manohar Dahule as author and owner, with the work classified as literary and written in English.

Dahule summarises the approach clearly: ‘Operational excellence begins with clear visibility’.

The broader message is equally clear. Smart operational oversight can become a strategic advantage as manufacturing facilities pursue long-term digital transformation.
