While Bas de Leede was his victim of his first delivery in the team’s third over.

The match was reduced to 23 overs per team due to rain. Australia, batting first put up a total of 166 for the loss of 7 wickets. Netherlands were tottering at 6/84 at the end of 15 overs before rain intervened once more and resulted the match as a washout.
