There’s a huge reason why Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson is considered by his fans to be the best replacement for MS Dhoni. With his standout execution in the match against the reigning champs, Gujarat Titans, Samson created a splendid knock of 60 runs off 32 balls. Together, they led the Royals to a three-wicket victory over the Titans. Shimron Hetmyer was also on the team. However, in addition to his skill as a batsman, Samson also displayed outstanding composure on the field, particularly when it appeared as though GT skipper Hardik Pandya was attempting to influence his thoughts.
Hardik, who is well-versed in every ruse, appeared to have tried to sledge Samson in an effort to get under his skin and get him out quickly. However, Samson moved away from the potential duel after casually thwarting Hardik’s attempt. Later on, the RR skipper turned his rage into batsmanship and struck some beautiful blows.
Here is the video of Samson Hardik’s serious second on the field:
Hardik admitted after the game that he didn’t think his team would lose, especially after the powerplay in which they took the wickets of both openers, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Jos Buttler.
To be honest, I didn’t anticipate the loss following the powerplay, but that’s the beauty of this game. Another thing we’ve learned is that the game never ends. Noor Ahmad is hard to pick because he gave us the big break, but the other bowlers didn’t do their jobs. Everything is fine, including the body.

“It’s a very long tournament. Even if we had won today, there are still a lot of matches to play, and we still need to play a lot of group cricket. I felt shorted by Gujarat’s score. They bowled some good overs after I left, but we should have gone a little harder and reached 200. ” At the presentation ceremony, he stated, “We did cover it well, but when I was watching from outside, I did feel that we were 10 runs short.”
