While Gambhir may seek a fresh start, utilizing Sharma’s vast experience remains an enticing prospect. One possibility is to manage Sharma’s workload selectively, resting him for T20Is while retaining the option to recall him when needed. Alternatively, Sharma may choose to retire, proud of his contributions as captain in making India a champion team.
