The ODI World Cup 2023, which starts on October 5 in Ahmedabad, will have a staggered sale of tickets, the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced on Tuesday. On October 8, India plays their opening game against Australia in Chennai, and on October 14, they face their bitter rival Pakistan in Ahmedabad.

The fans won’t be able to purchase tickets for every game at once, though. The spectators will get access to the tickets in a staggered fashion.
