PM Modi addressed athletes from Asian Games
PM Modi spoke to the Indian delegation that competed in the Asian Games and praised their success. The numerous athletes also discussed how Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inspired them, protected them like a dad, and encouraged them to perform well. They commended the Prime Minister for his personal and constant efforts to inspire the Women & Girls of India to excel in all areas of life as Nari Shakti won half the medals at the Asian Games.
After the meet-up with Prime Minister Modi was over, athletes were asked about the meeting. All of them were elated to meet PM Modi. Abhishek Verma, archer from the delegation expressed himself and said, “He knew everything about everyone just like parents know about their children. ”

Women have performed exceptionally well in the Asian Games 2023. Hence, the Prime Minister lauded them well in the meeting. One of the female athletes even expressed that she feels that sports have reached new levels since Prime Minister Modi came into power. She further added, “We expect the same support in the future as well so that we can bag more medals in coming years”.

Neeraj Chopra, the gold medalist from Javelin Throw also expressed himself and said, “We are really happy to know how he feels about sports and youth. He has a vision for the same.”
He further added, “In the upcoming Paris Olympics, we will strive to perform better than this.” All together, all the athletes were highly motivated after listening to the Prime Minister of the nation.
