IPL 2023 Auction: Countdown Begins; 10 Teams, 405 Players And 87 Slots

IPL 2023 Auction: After the Mahakumbh of football, now it is the turn of the cricket cocktail of IPL. It is that time of the year when cricketers from all over the world are waiting for their names to appear in the Indian Premier League (IPL 2023 Auction). Mini auction is going to happen for IPL 2023 on Friday. This auction can be a turning point in the career and life of some cricketers, as all the 10 franchises want to strengthen their teams with strong players. The auction will start on December 23 at 2:30 pm in Kochi. This time the teams are eyeing such players who can rock and turn the match in a jiffy. Although the auction is mini, the franchisees will not even have a chance to think much because 10 teams, 405 players and 87 slots are going to compete between the teams from the first name itself.

As this is a mini auction, the teams have very less budget as well.

Teams Will Blow Money In The Auction!

If seen, there are some big names in the mini auction on which the teams will spend a lot of money. The biggest name in this will be of Ben Stokes. Players like Sam Karan, Cameron Green and Shakib Al Hasan will also be ahead in this race. On the other hand, seeing the experience, Mayank Agarwal will also be on the target of many teams.
