On Tuesday at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, Game 4 of the Super 4 stage of the ongoing Asia Cup 2023 will feature India and Sri Lanka.
In their opening Super 4 match, Sri Lanka defeated Bangladesh by 21 runs with the help of 93-year-old Sadeera Samarawickrama. India, on the other hand, enters the match having crushed Pakistan by a margin of 228 runs.
The R. Premadasa Stadium’s playing surface has primarily favored spinners, while batters also benefit from its quick outfield and relatively short boundaries. On this surface, chasing can be challenging, but considering the India-Pakistan match’s outcome, the captain who wins the toss will undoubtedly choose to bat first.
